Volunteer/Student Check
To complete the Working with Children Check please visit https://check.kids.nsw.gov.au/volunteer-declaration.php
Once you have completed your details, be sure to click the "Confirm & Print" button to print your form. You will need to sign the printed form and provide the signed form to your employer/volunteer organisation. You may also wish to retain a copy for your records.
